Julie Piotrowski

Julie has experience working for the NHS for 27 years. She continues to work for the NHS and privately with adolescents, adults and older adults, treating anxiety disorders and depression. Julie is a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, accredited with the BABCP, and she also offers Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing. Julie is a qualified learning disability nurse and her specialist interests and experience include people with Asperger Syndrome or learning disabilities, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and social anxiety. Julie feels passionate about people having an experience of therapy that promotes respect, empathy and independence in a soothing environment. Julie’s therapy space is the Forest Cabin.

 

 

 

 

Daria Skrzypek

Daria Skrzypek is an experienced, fully accredited and qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with more than nine years of experience of helping people with depression and anxiety disorders. She works for the NHS and privately with adolescents, adults and older adults. She also offers Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), which helps to diminish negative emotions and symptoms associated with memories of traumatic events. Daria’s specialist interest and experience include Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), social anxiety and emotional difficulties related to low self-esteem.

 

 

 

 

Jessie Carter

Jessie Carter is an Art Psychotherapist with over 17 years of professional and clinical experience, working in both the NHS and in the private sector. Jessie is able to offer 1:1 psychotherapy sessions, with or without using art materials, and specialises in working with people who have longer term mental health problems. She is an emphatic and compassionate therapist with a special interest in attachment theories and how these impact on people suffering with depression, PTSD, bereavement, grief and in self harm.

 

 

 

 

 

Tom Carroll

Tom Carroll has been working in NHS mental health services for over 30 years. He is a registered mental health nurse and a fully accredited and qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT). He has extensive experience in helping people with depression and anxiety problems. Tom is also a qualified Interpersonal Psychotherapist (IPT); IPT is an evidence-based effective treatment for depression which can be associated with life events and more specifically difficulties within relationships. Specialist interest and experience includes depression and low self-esteem, anxiety based problems such as Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, panic and phobia problems.
