Smart CBT+ was established in 2016 by Sarah Gibbs, a fully qualified and BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, with more than 20 years of clinical expertise in health and social care and leadership in the NHS.

Sarah now works privately with children, adolescents, adults and older adults with a variety of mental health presentations. Sarah is a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, accredited with the BABCP, and she also offers Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing and Flash technique.

Smart CBT+ is the result of Sarah’s passion to support mental health in her community and the wider area in a fresh, flexible way. Through the practice, Sarah and her team of associate psychotherapists share the tools people need to understand their individual internal world and build resilience.
